Breathing Games is a collective and international commons that builds open-source video games for children with respiratory diseases. They have built several video game prototypes and every few months, they hold game jams that are open to the Montréal public.
Breathing Games promotes respiratory health and autonomy by encouraging the appropriation of care by each citizen. They create a common – collectively managed resources that are freely accessible and can be used and enriched by everyone – by spurring collaboration between all interested stakeholders to build on collective intelligence.
