TAG at the GRAND conference

Many different TAG members, from various projects (PlayPR, DIGLT, DIGILAB) will be attending the GRAND conference to be held in Toronto from May 14-16, 2013.  GRAND 2013 will showcase a multi-disciplinary program of research and innovation spanning the broad spectrum of digital media from across Canada.  The conference will feature a opening reception showcasing Posters and Demos from university research labs at our 25 Canadian member universities, an exciting line-up of Plenary Speakers, Research Notes (organized by GRAND HQP Co-Chairs), the wonderfully frenetic 2-Minute Madness, and more. Take advantage of several joint plenary sessions with Canada 3.0 delegates and the opportunity to connect and network with a broad audience of industry and government representatives.

Afterward – the PlayPR group – headed by Lynn Hughes (TAG – Concordia University) and Ron Wakkary (SFU) have organized a workshop for the PlayPR members.  They will remain in Toronto from May 17th and 18th – to brainstorm, talk about common areas of interest and the future of PlayPR collaborations.
