Hi, I’m Marc! I currently work at Motive, as a generalist gameplay programmer. I’ve taken a windy road to get here. Originally trained as a 3D generalist, I started off doing visual effects for various low-budget productions. My career in videogames started when Bioware needed a 3D animator for Dragon Age 2. After my time on Mass Effect 3, I went back to school to learn Computer Science and Musical Technology. I popped back into Bioware for an internship as a programmer, and straight after graduation I joined Motive. In my four years at Motive, I’ve had the good fortune to work on tools for various artists and collaborate with design on numerous narrative, social, and gameplay prototypes. I’m keen to learn new things and get involved in every aspect of interactive media. I also enjoy meeting new people, so don’t be shy to say hi!
