MARCH 27 5A7 SYMPOSIUM – DRINKING GAMES

Posted by pierson

Beer VolleyballWhen’s the last time you read an academic paper about drinking games?

It was in the process of asking ourselves this question that we realized just how grievous an oversight we’ve been committing in ignoring this noble, venerable tradition of play. Clearly, we must rectify our shortsightedness posthaste!

Come to the 5a7 this Thursday to create a discourse about drinking, to ruminate on the raising of the wrist, present on the possibility of being a playful pissant, and lecture on the ludic joy of being well-lubricated! Bring your favourite stories of drinking games gone awry, new ideas for ways to cajole as a part of your consumption, and just generally gather for what is sure to be an intoxicatingly good time!

What: A Sober Discussion of Games that are Anything But
When: Thursday, March 27th, from 5-7pm
Where: Centre for Technoculture, Art and Games, EV 11.655, 1515 St. Catherine W.
Who: drinks water? (Anyone is Welcome!)
