Media@McGill is hosting The Participatory Condition, an International Colloquium, which will be held in Montreal at the Museum of Contemporary Art on November 15 and 16, 2013. The Colloquium’s main objective is to assess the role of media in the development of a principle whose expansion has become so large as to become the condition of our contemporaneity. Pre-registration for The Participatory Condition is now full.
Walk-in registration will be available as of 8:30 a.m. on November 15 and 16. The entire colloquium will be livestreamed at http://www.pcond.ca/pooc/video/.

The entire colloquium will be recorded and live-streamed, making it accessible to viewers internationally. Simultaneous bilingual interpretation (French and English) will be available to the public in attendance. A non-credited POOC (Participatory Open Online Course) will also be offered online in conjunction with the colloquium. All colloquium activities are free and open to the public.
